Whether you are looking for sports aids for people with disabilities, try new sports for yourself from table tennis to para-skiing or want to explore leisure and sports activities in a club – you will find what you are looking for at Sports Center REHACARE 2024.
This year the moto of REHACARE is #TogetherForInclusion, an initiative by Messe Düsseldorf and REHACARE, launched on the occasion of the Paralympic Games. The goal is to create a platform that promotes an inclusive society where diversity and participation is the reality and discrimination belongs to the past. #TogetherForInclusion (www.rehacare.com )
When hundreds of Paralympic athletes came together at the Paralympic Games in Paris this year to compete for medals, they at the same time demonstrated what’s possible through the power of inclusion and participation.
“Inclusion is no longer just an objective, it’s the very cornerstone of our coexistence. We are committed to and actively working on breaking down barriers and creating equal opportunities for everyone – in all areas of life,” explains Wolfram N. Diener, President and CEO of Messe Düsseldorf. “Together for inclusion”: Messe Düsseldorf and REHACARE promote social participation (www.messe-duesseldorf.com )
